You can make a request to consult the URV Archive and its collections by sending an email to arxiu(ELIMINAR)@urv.cat or calling 977 55 9507.

To consult documents, you must download and complete this form, and send it to arxiu(ELIMINAR)@urv.cat . You will not be able to consult the Archive until you have received confirmation.

Access to the Archive and its collections is open to the public and free of charge. Access takes place at the URV Archive premises, in accordance with the established instructions, in the areas designated for this purpose and within the specified consultation hours. Visits to the Archive premises will be by appointment only. To access the in-person consultation services, you must identify yourself with your URV card, ID card or an equivalent document. You will sign a form stating which documents you wish to consult.

Consultation will be carried out in accordance with the general principles on access to documentation that govern the public administration, whilst also guaranteeing the right to personal privacy and the confidentiality of data protected by law.
