SERVICE OF DIAGNOSIS AND CONSULTING
From the Chair for the Promotion of Business Innovation, the aim is to promote the innovation of the companies of the Camp de Tarragona and the Terres de l'Ebre. For this reason, we offer two consulting services:
- Diagnosis of innovation. The diagnosis is the first step to help established companies in the market to detect their weaknesses and strengths. We make available an online diagnosis. You cancontact innovacio.empresa(ELIMINAR)@urv.cat to ask for advisement.
- Specialized consultancy. Having done the diagnosis of the company, a free advisory service for the training in innovation management and strategic planning is offered for innovation plans, advice on new technologies, etc.
Furthermore, a series of actions and priorities for their improvement will be suggested.

The requirements asked to the firm to have access to the service are:
- Having economic activity for at least 5 years.
- Having the headquarters in the Camp de Tarragona or/and the Terres de l'Ebre.
The ultimate goal is to improve the competitiveness of companies and to give them advise in the creation of new products and services, improving their processes and services or creating new business models, amongst others.
