Rights protection
The university community and the general public have the right to submit complaints, suggestions and proposals for action or improvement regarding the operation of public services. You will find different mailboxes and channels available both at the general URV level and specifically for schools and services.

To request public information from the University in accordance with transparency legislation. - Request to access, rectify, erase, transfer, restrict or object to the processing of personal data
Who can submit it?
Anyone.What is the purpose?
To exercise the rights established in Articles 15 to 22 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). - Communication with the University Ombuds Office
Who can submit it?
Any member of the university community.What is the purpose?
To raise queries or complaints regarding possible violations of rights. - Communication with the Student Council

Any URV student.What is the purpose?
To provide a communication channel with the URV Student Council. - Internal whistleblowing channel
Who can submit it?
Any person who, at the time of reporting, is or has been a member of the teaching and research staff (PDI), technical, management or administrative and service staff (PTGAS), an applicant in staff recruitment processes, a scholarship holder, a self-employed worker, an employee of the University's contractors, subcontractors or suppliers, a volunteer, or any other person covered by the scope of Law 2/2023.What is the purpose?

To provide a secure channel for submitting complaints or reports of violence or harassment based on sex or gender affecting students. - Reporting workplace harassment
Who can submit it?
Employees of URV or FURV.What is the purpose?
To provide a secure channel for reporting workplace harassment in order to activate the corresponding protocol. - Queries, complaints and proposals regarding language use and language rights
