Postponement until June/September of the second exam session/single exam session for the External Internship subject (bachelor's and master's degrees)

Students who cannot access the online administrative procedures on the URV's intranet or the URV online registry will be allowed to submit their application in person at the auxiliary registry of their campus.

• For 1st semester subjects: from the date of registration until 13 December.
• For 2nd semester and annual subjects: from the date of registration until 20 May.   

By presenting the following documentation:

• Application form addressed to the head of the Secretary's Office who, if necessary, will pass it onto the Office of the Dean or the Management of the Faculty/School.

•  Report by the coordinator of the bachelor's/master's degree on which the student is registered.

Wherever possible, when the application is made. At most, five days after presenting the application and any necessary documentation.

• If the request is accepted, the student's transcript will be updated to include the change of exam session.
  The will be visible on the transcript which means that it is not necessary to send a separate explicit notification to the individual (the transcript can be consulted on the intranet).

• If the application is rejected, the individual concerned will be notified.

• The resolution will take into account any favourable report by the coordinator bachelor’s/master's degree for which the student has registered. 
• If the student does not pass the subject in June/September, he/she must re-register for the subject the following academic year and pay the corresponding registration fee.
