Romero Nevado, Alfonso José

In 1994 I obtained the Telecomunications Engineering degree and in 2001 de PhD degree in Telecomunications Engineering. Since September of 1994 I am an assistant professor at the Department of Electronic Engineering of the University Rovira i Virgili. In 1994, I joined the line of research in Automatics and Power Electronics. I have participate in several research projects, some of them as principal investigator concerning power electronics and alternative power sources. In 2016 I changed my research interests and, since that year I joined the research group in microsystems and nanotechnologies for the chemical analysis (Minos) in which I carry out my research activity. I have supervised three doctoral thesis with European Mention and I am participating in the supervision of another doctoral thesis. I have participate in 20 articles published in journals, most of them in Q1. I have got 3 positive evaluations of my research activity (every 6 years), the last one in 2016.
