Do not forget to check your e-mail -with which you have registered with the URV- frequently, as we will contact you through this e-mail address.

When you arrive at Universitat Rovira i Virgili, you may need to provide confirmation of your arrival.

Let us know that you are here!

Log in to the Mobility Portal to access and the download your arrival confirmation once you complete one of the following options:

Option 1: Register for the Welcomes Days.
Option 2: send your transport tickets to mobility.in@urv.cat.
Option 3: gSchedule an appointment to visit to the International Center in person and confirm your arrival face-to-face.

Useful information:

Changed your mind? You can apply to extend or shorten your stay: application

At the end of your stay at URV, you'll need to provide your home university with a Certificate of Attendance.

You can download this document from the Mobility Portal after completing one of the following steps:

Option 1: Send your transport tickets to mobility.in@urv.cat. The certificate will indicate your last day at URV, but no later than the official end of the semester/course.
Option 2: get an appointment to come to the Internationa Center in person and certify you finnished your stay face-to-face.
