Accommodation at the URV

Where will I live during my stay at the URV? At Rovira i Virgili University we want to help you make this process easier.

Options for Accommodation

The Universitat Rovira i Virgili has two different residence halls for students in the city center. The Sant Jordi Residence Hall offers you singles or double rooms. The new Tarragona Mediterrani Residence Hall has 80 studios for one or two students. 

We recommend booking in one of those residence halls before your arrival, this way you will get started at Urv carefree. You can contact directly with Resa Sant Jordi or Mediterrani to secure your accommodation. 

Flats or rooms to rent

In our city it is very common to share a flat with other students. If you are going to stay at the URV for a long period, renting a room in a shared flat is the best way of meeting new people and to assimilate in your new city.

The URV has an Accommodation Office that allows those who are looking for accommodation to contact those who have rooms available and the other way round. If you are interested in it, please, contact bhabitatge@urv.cat.

You can also find information about shared flats at the notice boards of each faculty. Many students try to find a flatmate by posting advertisements on these boards!

We recommend you to book a room for your first days in the city, at a student's residence, hostel or hotel. You can consult the accommodation document to find the ultimate accommodation.
