The duplicates of the CarnetURV will cost € 12.
Once you have made a duplicate request for your CarnetURV, we will send you an email with a link from where you can access the secure payment page via credit / debit card.

Conditions: A duplicate of the URV card costs € 12. The URV will send me an e-mail with a link from which I will access a secure payment gateway from BBVA where I can formalize the payment and thus validate my request. Once the duplicate of the URV card has been issued, the refund of the amount paid cannot be claimed. The duplicate of the URV card will be given to me through the Academic Secretary of my Campus.

Right to information regarding the handling of your personal data
Data Controller	The Data Controller responsible for your personal data is the Universitat Rovira i Virgili, based at Carrer de l'Escorxador, s/n, 43003 Tarragona and with the web address http://www.urv.cat. The URV has a Data Protection Officer who you can contact at dpd@urv.cat
Purpose	To manage your URV card
Legal basis	The legal basis for the handling of your data is the need to exercise the public powers invested in the institution.
Length of time the data are held	For as long as the indvidual has a relationship with the University.
Intended public	Your data will not be communicated to third parties or be transferred outside the European Union, apart from the banking institution that will issue your card.
Rights	You have the right to access, rectify and remove your data, to request that your data are moved, to appeal against the handling of your data and to request that your data are restricted. You can exercise this right by submitting a written request in person or by post to Carrer de l'Escorxador, s/n, 43003, Tarragona or via the electronic registry of the URV at https://seuelectronica.urv.cat/
