To obtain the URV Card, students who access the URV for the first time in the 2026-27 academic year must wait for the instant issuance campaign. Here you will find all the information. If you have not been able to obtain your CarnetURV during the instant issuance campaign, or you need a duplicate, from October 1 these links will be enabled where you must fill in an application form.
