Curriculum

Born in Tarragona in 1976, I studied business and tourism activities at the University of Girona. For more than 17 years I have been working in a multinational environment managing multicultural teams, which prompted my interest in the world of human resources and coaching and subsequently encouraged me to start work as a consultant for projects related to organizational development and change management.

As specialised specific training, I have a master's degree in Human Resources Management from EAE (2021-2022) and a certificate as a coach (CAC, no. 10989), issued by the Spanish Coaching Association (ASESCO). I am also qualified to use the DISC, Neuroview and Sikkhona methodologies, and I am a neurolinguistic programming practitioner. These qualifications are associated with leadership, group cohesion and human behaviour.

I am pro-active, responsible and analytical, and have a well-developed sense of responsibility. I try to manage conflicts assertively and always look for win-win outcomes. I am goal-oriented and am accustomed to multitasking and VUCA environments, and I have a service mentality and a good understanding of KPI.
