Erasmus Mundus Master in Sustainable Catalysis (SuCat) - 7th edition
- Duration
- 120 ECTS
- Places available
- 30
- Type
- Face-to-face
- Mobility
As an international master's degree, students must undertake their studies in at least two of the participating universities:
The first semester is compulsory and is taught at the University of Poitiers (France).
During the second semester, at the University of Padova (Italy)(*), students study circular economy and sustainable chemistry, and will also do a research stay at a university, research center or company.
During the third semester, students will choose their specialization. The University of Poitiers (France) will offer the specialty of heterogeneous catalysis, the University of Aveiro (Portugal) will offer the specialty of biocatalysis and the University Rovira i Virgili (Spain) the specialty of homogeneous catalysis.
In the fourth semester, the master's thesis will be done, which will be developed in the chosen field of specialization, and, depending on the nature of the thesis, it may be carried out at a university, a research center or a company in the sector.(*)The incorporation of the University of Padova is new for the 2026-27 academic year and is still pending external approval.
