Personal Academic Transcript for Internships
- DESCRIPTION: The Personal Academic Transcript for Internships is a document that certifies the specific information held in the URV's records regarding the internships completed by the student during their studies, or the information related to a URV collaboration grant. When the internship subject has been passed via credit recognition, the Personal Academic Transcript for Internships cannot be issued.

In accordance with the current Decree on prices, the student must pay the corresponding fee issued by the Secretary's Office. |

The Support Office of the Dean/Director of the faculty/school issues the transcript and the secretary signs it. |

When |
Fifteen working days, approximately, from the date on which the request and corresponding fee payment are received. |

How |
The secretariat of the Dean's Support Office/Management of the Faculty/School sends the transcript to the student's URV email address and/or personal email address. The student will be informed if the request is rejected. |
If there are any differences between translations, the Catalan version prevails.
