
Estela Rivas Nieto (Associate Professor of Financial and Tax Law since 2006)
She obtained her doctorate in Law from the URV in 2001 and has held several academic and management positions, including her time as Secretary of the Faculty of Legal Sciences (2008-2015) and as Deputy Director of the UNESCIO Chair in Housing at the URV (2013-2022).
His research interests in Financial and Tax Law have focused on international taxation, double taxation agreements, constitutional tax principles, real estate taxation, the collaborative economy and environmental taxation. In the field of teaching, he received the Teaching Quality Award from the URV Social Council in 2022, for his project Role-playing game: let's make tax legislation.
