Degree (1994) and PhD. (2003) in Telecommunications Engineering. Associate professor at U. Rovira i Virgili. Research in transducers for sensing microsystems and microcontroller-based designs. A year as visiting professor at Microengineering Institute in Neuchatel (IMT EPFL, Switzerland). Currently developing new devices based upon additive fabrication processes over flexible polymeric substrates, linking with wearable devices the MINOS group know-how about gas sensors. Enrolled in Rise H2020 project "Smart sensing for rapid response to chemical threats on soft targets" and RTI2018 project "Distributed autonomous gas sensing using low-dimensional nanomaterials". 14 articles published in journals, mostly Q1. 2 positive research activity evaluations.
