"URV Solidària" Social Impact, Cooperation and Volunteering

As part of the University, the "URV Solidària" Section for Social Impact, Cooperation and Volunteering of the Office of Social Engagement has the necessary staff, expertise and equipment to carry out teaching or research in cooperation for development, social action and volunteering: projects, courses, awareness-raising events, programmes, etc.

The URV Solidària's activities, projects and programmes are aligned with the 17 Sustainable Development Goals of Agenda 2030 that the United Nations adopted in September 2015 with the purpose of eradicating poverty, protecting the planet and making human rights for all a reality.

With the human, economic and material resources available, the URV Solidària plans the activities that have to do with cooperation, social action and volunteering within the University.

Even so, from time to time the URV Solidària provides emergency grants and subsidies for particularly important projects and programmes that are run by other institutions, or organise any other activity deemed necessary.
