Convocatòria SICUE

SICUE is a national mobility programme based on an exchange system that allows university students to complete part of their studies at a different Spanish university, with guarantees of academic recognition, academic progress, and alignment with their curricular profile.

This call aims to allocate mobility places for study stays with full academic recognition.

In case of any discrepancy in the dates or the need for adjustments, the International Center will inform the interested parties of any changes.

RESOLUTIONS

Procedures BEFORE Departure

  1. Acceptance of Mobility:Once the placement resolution is published, you can accept or reject the mobility place assigned to you (from the date specified in the call's calendar). This procedure is done through the Mobility Portal.
  2. Admission to the Host University: The International Center informs the host universities about the selected students for the stay, but some universities may require selected students to complete additional procedures or register in a specific way. Remember that managing these requirements, including submitting any requested documents, is the student's responsibility.
  3. Learning Agreement (Form C): Before departure, you must agree with your academic coordinator which courses you will take at the host university and how they correspond to your URV curriculum. This agreement must also be approved by the academic coordinator at the host university. The document lists the courses you must enroll in for the mobility stay. Once signed by all three parties, you must upload the Learning Agreement to the Mobility Portal.
  4. Withdrawal: If, after accepting, you decide not to undertake the mobility stay, you must complete the withdrawal form. The withdrawal deadline is up to one month before the start of the semester. If you miss this deadline, there is a penalty for the next mobility call, except in cases of force majeure or pandemic.

Procedures DURING Departure

Within 15 days of your arrival at the host university, you must provide proof that your mobility stay has begun. Access the Mobility Portal and complete the following tasks:

  1. Certificate of Stay with your arrival date, signed by the host university.
  2. If there are changes to the courses you had originally selected, these must be reflected in the Learning Agreement (Form C) under the "Changes" section, and approval must be obtained from all parties.. 

Procedures AFTER Departure

Within 15 days after the end of your stay, you must complete all mobility procedures. Access the Mobility Portaland complete the following tasks:

  1. Certificate of Stay, signed by the host university. This document specifies the actual duration of your stay.
  2. Learning Agreement (Form C), signed by all parties, including any changes made during the stay.

Your host university will send the Transcript of Records to URV, which includes your grades and is used to recognize the courses you completed during the stay
