- Mobility agreement (or Mobility plan if it is an Aurora Programme placement funded by Aurora funds), duly signed, dated and stamped by the host institution and the beneficiary. The beneficiary is responsible for completing the document, which may be reviewed with the International Center, and sending it to the host institution. Scanned copies of mobility agreements are accepted.
- Mobility Leave Authoritzation: Teaching and Research Staff (PDI) must submit, in accordance with the Staff Regulations (art. 68 - URV PDI Regulations), the authorization for leave of absence for up to 10 days for civil servant or contracted staff. The original document must be sent to the HR department, and a scanned copy uploaded to the Mobility Portal.
The template can be found at the following link: /ca/universitat/treballar-urv/tramits/permisos-del-pdi/
- Mobility Insurance: Proof of individual insurance must be attached, including at least medical insurance coverage, civil liability insurance, accident insurance coverage, and repatriation insurance coverage.
The beneficiary is responsible for arranging and paying for this health, accident, and repatriation insurance. Through the Procurement Service, URV provides several insurance options depending on coverage level. Information is available on the Intranet: Management → Insurance for students, PAS and PDI. https://intranet.urv.cat/group/intranet/assegurances-mobilitat-paspdi
- Self-funded Declaration: A declaration stating that no expenses covered by the mobility grant have been or will be financed by other university budget allocations.
- Green Travel Declaration: Within the Erasmus+ STA KA131 and KA171 programmes, green travel options are available, allowing up to 4 additional days to the maximum teaching period (5 teaching days + 4 green travel days). If this option is chosen, the beneficiary must complete a declaration committing to travel mainly by car, bus, or train.
- Grant Agreement: This document defines the conditions of participation in the mobility programmes. It must be completed, signed, and dated by the beneficiary and the Commissioner for International Networks. It can be submitted with certified digital signatures or on paper with handwritten signatures. Scans or copies are not accepted under any circumstances. Scanned documents with digital signatures are only accepted if the signature is certified.
Visa and Legal Procedures: You must check the legal requirements for your stay in the destination country according to your nationality.
Online Linguistic Support: Online test to determine the language level of the mobility. Access EU Academy and register to complete the initial test. This is optional. Once completed, upload the certificate to the Mobility Portal.
