Master's Final Thesis - Community health diagnosis of Tortosa

- Summary: This is a Master's Thesis (2022-2023) composed of an action integrated by the Catalan Institute of Health and the Community Process of Tortosa. It consists of the preparation of the qualitative analysis to learn about the experiences, perceptions and feelings towards the health and quality of life of the citizens of Tortosa.
Detecting the main needs and facilitating, through citizen participation, community actions. The purpose is to propose lines of action and improvement, through data analysis and its treatment.
Master's Thesis - Analysis of the participants' experience of the learning methodology applied to the INSERLAB-INWORK pilot test

- Abstract: The research topic analyses the participants' experience of the learning methodology applied to the INSERLAB-INWORK pilot test at the Universitat Rovira i Virgili.The hypotheses formulated in this research:

Hypothesis 1: Offering support during the transition to work ensures better integration into the company by the student.

Hypothesis 2: Performing simulated work generates greater self-esteem and helps students feel more prepared to enter the world of work.

Hypothesis 3: The learning methodology applied to the work improves the relationship between the student and the company.

The research methodology uses the participating observation method throughout the process, although at the same time the researcher will be an agent of change and will be an active part of the process by participating in the meetings to organise and implement the training plan in the classroom, in the activities that are carried out, and in the individualized tutoring of the students. The research methodology will have 3 phases of intervention:

PHASE 1: Selecting and getting to know the 14 students
