- Summary: This final degree project, undertaken by two students during the academic year 2020-21, focused on analyzing the activity carried out by Cáritas Tarragona on the social networks and other communication channels. A definition was given of strategic communication on the social networks of Cáritas de Tarragona, and some recommendations were made about communication in the media and the design of the website.
