WHAT WE DO
The mission of the International Centre is to promote and manage academic mobility and international collaboration in accordance with the URV's Strategic Internationalisation Plan and the guidelines of the Rector's Delegate for International Relations, and in doing so strengthen the URV's transversal and inclusive internationalisation and global projection.
OUR SERVICES

-
Publicises the university's courses at an international level in order to attract students and promote the global projection of the institution.
-
Promotes a culture of internationalisation and manages the corresponding strategy in all areas of activity of the URV, thus ensuring that internationalisation effectively and coherently permeates the whole institution.
-
Promotes a culture of internationalisation at home in coordination with the URV's Faculties, Schools, Services and Units, through actions that guarantee the transversal and inclusive deployment of internationalisation in all the university's areas of activity.
-
Manages specific mobility agreements, calls and mobility programmes aimed at students, administrative staff and teaching and research staff, to facilitate professional, academic and training stays within the framework of internationalisation.
-
Disseminates and manages mobility grants and funding programmes, in collaboration with other public and private institutions, to encourage the university community's participation in mobility initiatives.
-
Welcomes international students and visitors from mobility programmes, and helps them to integrate academically, culturally and personally as members of the university community.
-
Provides support for the organisation and coordination of international institutional visits promoted by the I-Center or by the rector's delegate for International Relations, in order to ensure that visitors are properly received and that institutional meetings are carried out in the most effective manner possible.
-
Manages projects related to the mobility and internationalisation of higher education, from the submission of calls for proposals to their implementation and justification, ensuring compliance with the established requirements and deadlines.
-
Plans and manages training activities for URV staff and students in the field of internationalisation.
-
Designs strategies for the dissemination and promotion of internationalisation projects, calls for proposals and actions and the preparation of informative material specific to the field of action.
Our services are aimed at the URV community (students, teaching and research staff and administrative staff), at the university communities of other universities or affiliated centres and at agents that promote international relations between universities (mainly public and private entities and university networks).
The services that we provide are free of charge, except for those procedures or formalities that require the payment of an officially established fee. These fees are specified in the description of each specific service.
