International Mobility Call for Training
To apply for a mobility placement under the Erasmus+ STT KA131, Erasmus+ STT KA171 or Aurora Staff programme:

Read the call carefully.

Check the resolution deadlines and when you can carry out the mobility period.

Verify whether funding is available for the mobility you wish to undertake.
IMPORTANT: The deadlines of 31 October, 30 November and 31 December 2025 have been removed. All applications submitted from 1 October onwards will be processed on 27 February 2026. Therefore, for all mobility periods planned before 27 February, application must be submitted before 30 September.
The Erasmus+ STT programme (Staff Mobility for Training), promoted by the Spanish Service for the Internationalisation of Education (hereinafter SEPIE), is part of the KA131 and KA171 key actions of the European Commission's Erasmus+ programme and enables mobility activities at higher education institutions or companies in any country in the world.
In addition, within the framework of Aurora Staff mobility, promoted by the Aurora European Universities Alliance (hereinafter the Aurora Alliance), of which the URV is a member, the aim is to encourage staff participation of URV staff within the alliance through mobility and to increase the internationalisation of all alliance members.

Procedures and Documents
BEFORE THE MOBILITY PERIOD
Access the Mobility portal to complete the procedures prior to the mobility period (it is recommended to plan the mobility at least 15 days after the final resolution, allowing time to complete the pre-mobility procedures and process the first payment):
- Mobility agreement (or Mobility plan if it is an Aurora Programme placement funded by Aurora), duly signed, dated and stamped by the host institution and the beneficiary. The beneficiary is responsible for completing the document, which may be reviewed with the International Center, and sending it to the host institution. Scanned copies of mobility agreements are accepted.
- Mobility Leave Authoritzation: Teaching and Research Staff (PDI) must submit, in accordance with the Staff Regulations (art. 68 - URV PDI Regulations), the authorization for leave of absence for up to 10 days for civil servant or contracted staff. The original document must be sent to the HR department, and a scanned copy uploaded to the Mobility Portal.

- Mobility Insurance: Proof of individual insurance must be attached and must include, at minimum, medical insurance coverage, civil liability insurance coverage, accident insurance coverage, and repatriation insurance coverage.
The beneficiary is responsible for arranging and paying for health, accident and repatriation insurance. Through the Purchasing Service, URV offers several insurance options depending on the level of coverage. - Declaration of Own Funds: A declaration stating that no expenses covered by the mobility grant have been or will be financed through other university budget allocations.
- Declaration of Green Travel: Within the Erasmus+ STT KA131 and KA171 programmes, there is the possibility of undertaking green travel, which allows up to 4 additional travel days to be added to the maximum number of teaching days (maximum 5 teaching days plus 4 green travel days). If this type of travel is undertaken, the beneficiary must complete the declaration committing to carry out the main part of the journey by car, bus or train.
- Grant Agreement: This document refers to the conditions of participation in the mobility programmes. It must be completed, signed and dated by the beneficiary and the Commissioner for International Networks. The document may be submitted with certified digital signatures or on paper with handwritten signatures. Scans or copies will not be accepted under any circumstances. Visa and Legal Procedures: You must find out which procedures are required in order to stay in the selected country according to your nationality.
Online Linguistic Support: Online test to determine the level of the language in which the mobility period will take place. Access EU Academy and register in order to take the initial test. This is an optional procedure. Once completed, access the Mobility Portal to upload proof of the level obtained.
AFTER THE MOBILITY PERIOD
Access the Mobility portal to complete the procedures after the mobility period (within 15 days after the end of the mobility period):
- Certificate of Attendance, specifying the actual start and end dates of the mobility period. This document must include signatures, dates and stamps from the host institution.
- URV Final Report, explaining the activities carried out, the type of mobility, details of the stay and the contacts established.
