CALENDAR
The allocation of seats is subject to the availability of the budget. In other words, if the requested place has already exhausted its funds, the application will be automatically excluded. If all places offered in this project are exhausted, the application portal will be closed.

RESOLUTION
PROCEDURES
Before the activity
- Once the call for applications has been resolved, the student must formalise the acceptance of the awarded grant by completing the Bank and Contact Details Communication Form, available in the Mobility Portal 2025-26.
- Mobility Insurance: URV provides all mobility students with insurance that covers the entire period of their stay. It will be sent by email a few days before your trip, along with usage instructions. Please check the coverage details of the insurance.
- Sign the Grant Agreement and hand the original to the International Center. You can upload it to the form “Mobility procedures BEFORE the mobility”, available in the Mobility Portal 2025-26.
- Visa and legal procedures: You must find out what procedures you need to complete ro do a stay in your chosen country, depending on your nationality.
- Withdrawal: if you decide to not do the mobility, you must complete the withdrawal form as soon as possible and always before the start of your mobility. This allows your grant to be awarded to someone on the waiting list. Please note that if you do not inform us before the scheduled start date, you will be penalised in the next mobility call.
After the activity
Within a maximum of 15 days from the end of the activity, you must complete the “Mobility procedures AFTER the mobility” form available in the Mobility Portal 2025-26:
- Certificate of completion of the activity duly signed and stamped by the organizisng institution, which must state the start and end dates.
- Report on the activity from the URV describing the work carried out
I-NETWORKS GRANT
The purpose of this grant is to contribute up to 1.600€ towards the coverage of the beneficiary’s registration, travel and sccomodation expenses during the stay. Meals and subsistence costs are excluded.
This grant is subject to Income Tax (IRPF/IRNR). The current IRPF rate applicable to students is a fixed rate of 2%. For students who are tax residents abroad and can prove it before payment (by providing a Tax Residency Certificate issued by the corresponding country), no tax witholding will be applied. Otherwise, IRNR witholding must be applied according to the country of residence: 19% for EU countries other than Spain, or 24% for non-EU countries. In the case of an employment relationship with the URV, the corresponding tax treatment will apply. In any case, if witholding tax laws change, the applicable IRPF rate will be adjusted to the legislation in force.
