Before mobility form
On the Mobility Portal you will find access to the Before Mobility Form:
- Mobility Questionnaire: We would like to know your opinion on how the mobility programmes offered by the URV operate. Access the Mobility Portal to complete the questionnaire. (MANDATORY PROCEDURE)
- Learning Agreement: Before departure, you must agree with your mobility coordinator on the courses you will take at the host university and their corresponding courses at the URV. This document lists the courses in which you must enrol as part of your mobility programme. Before the mobility period begins, it must be signed by all parties: you, the URV mobility coordinator and the coordinator at the host institution. Use the template corresponding to your mobility programme. (MANDATORY PROCEDURE)
- Intercultural Training Course PREPARATS, LLESTOS, JA!: Access the Mobility Portal to find the link to the course, which is delivered via Moodle. (MANDATORY PROCEDURE)
- Grant Agreement: Before departure, you must sign this document, which sets out the conditions governing your participation in the Erasmus+ programme. You will receive it via your university email account and must submit the original document to the International Centre offices or upload it to the Mobility Portal, in accordance with the established requirements. (MANDATORY PROCEDURE)
- Mobility Insurance: The URV provides all mobility students with insurance covering the entire mobility period. The insurance documentation will be sent by email a few days before the start of your journey, together with instructions for use. Please consult the insurance coverage details.
Other procedures and recommendations
- Online Linguistic Support (OLS): An online test to determine your level in the language in which the mobility period will take place. Access EU Academy and register to take the initial assessment. This is an optional procedure. Once you have completed the test, access the Mobility Portal to upload proof of the level obtained.
- Visa and legal procedures: You must find out which procedures you are required to complete in order to undertake a mobility period in your chosen country, according to your nationality.
- Withdrawal: If you decide not to undertake the mobility period, you must complete the Withdrawal Form as soon as possible and, in all cases, before the planned start date of your mobility period. This will allow your financial grant to be allocated to a person on the waiting list. Please note that if you do not notify the URV before the planned start date, you will be subject to a penalty in the next mobility call.
- Mobility Student Certificate: This document identifies you as a URV mobility student. You can download it from the Mobility Portal.
- Admission to the host university: The International Centre is responsible for informing the host universities which students have been selected to undertake a mobility period. However, some universities require incoming students to complete additional procedures or register in a specific way. Please remember that completing these procedures and submitting any required documentation are the student's responsibility. From this point onwards, it is your responsibility to follow the host university's procedures and maintain communication with the institution.
During mobility procedures
Within a maximum of 15 days of your arrival at the host university, you must provide evidence that you have started your mobility period in order to receive the first grant payment.
On the Mobility Portal, you will find access to the During Mobility Form:
- Certificate of Attendance indicating the date of arrival, signed by the host university. (MANDATORY PROCEDURE).
- Contact Details During the Mobility Period Form, so that the URV can contact you if necessary while you are abroad.
- If there are any changes to the courses you originally selected for your mobility period, these must be reflected in the Learning Agreement and approved by all parties.
- If you request an extension or reduction of your mobility period, you must submit the Incident Form.
After mobility procedures
Within a maximum of 15 days following the end of your mobility period, you must complete the mobility procedures.
On the Mobility Portal, you will find access to the After Mobility Form:

- EU Survey: You will receive an email inviting you to complete the survey online. (MANDATORY PROCEDURE).
- Make sure that your Learning Agreement is up to date and has been approved by all parties. (MANDATORY PROCEDURE).
- Your host university will send the Transcript of Records to the URV. This document contains your grades and is used for the academic recognition of the courses you completed during your mobility period. If the document is sent directly to you, upload it to the Mobility Portal and forward it to your mobility coordinator so that your academic record can be updated.
