I-Global Visitor

I-Global Visitor Programme Overview

I-Global Visitor is the URV programme that allows members affiliated with another university to undertake a short stay at URV outside of a mobility programme or prior agreement.

In addition, beneficiaries of the Joan Fuster grants awarded by the Xarxa Vives d'Universitats may also register as I-Global participants at the URV.

Guidelines for I-Global Visitor

While participation in the I-Global Visitor programme requires the relevant URV department to accept the applicant, the International Center reserves the right to reject the application if it does not comply with URV mobility regulations or the conditions of this programme.

Important: The URV services provided to interested parties will be in the capacity of a URV student (WIFI, moodle, URV email, etc.).

I-Global Visitors are provided by a virtual version of the URV card when downloading the URV App in their mobile phones. That enables them access to CRAI (library) and borrow material. However, this virtual version is not valid to have access to Urv laboratories/offices. A physical card is available under request and payment of 12 euro (application in the same department's admission form).

Certification of visit
I-Global Visitors do not receive any official academic recognition or diploma from the URV for their visit. If necessary, a certification for the period of the stay will be issued.

I-Global Visitor obligations.
As stipulated in the conditions governing the programme, I-Global Visitors must have adequate health, accident and repatriation insurance.
