Mandatory additional accident insurance

All persons participating in URV sports activities must review their enrollment and check that the mandatory additional accident insurance is included. If it is not, they must contact their faculty office to add it.

What to do in case of accident or injury?

In the event of an accident or injury during a URV sports competition, the student must follow these steps:

1. Call ASESMED 926 406 441 (24 hours). You will be informed of the designated medical center you should go to for healthcare assistance.
2. If the student goes to a non-designated center, SURNE will cover the expenses only in the case of a life-threatening emergency treated within the first 24 hours, and only if the corresponding medical report is provided.
3. Provide the URV policy number: 20240920348050.
4. Report the incident as soon as possible by email to competicio(ELIMINAR)@urv.cat.
