Application for educational cooperation agreement regarding external work experience

The URV has a single model of educational cooperation agreement for all our centers, which must be signed, mandatory, with each of the companies and institutions where URV students do internships. Subsequently, the annexes would be signed for each student or group of students who actually carry out the internship at the collaborating entity.

We inform you that article 4 of the Rovira i Virgili University Statute indicates that it is governed by the principles of freedom, democracy, pluralism, justice, equality, non-discrimination, integrity, independence, solidarity, good governance, sustainability, well-being and health, equality in diversity, gender equality, social commitment and respect for people. The university community, and especially the governing and representative bodies, must give full effect to these principles.

Objective: Work experience undertaken by students of the URV at the collaborating entity is intended to enable students to apply and expand upon the knowledge that they have acquired during their academic training and to acquire competencies that will prepare them for their chosen professional careers, increase their employment prospects and foster their entrepreneurial skills. The purpose of the work experience may also be to allow students to write their bachelor's or master's thesis.

Legal basis: Royal Decree 592/2014, of 11 July, which regulates the external academic work experience of university students.

Intended public: The URV and its transparency portal, students and collaborating institutions.
