Definition

The URV Signature Manager is a tool that allows the digital signing of documents, individually and/or jointly, generated from the University's processes (digital signing of employee contracts, digital signing of expense receipts, etc.). The system allows simple, advanced, and qualified digital signatures with a local electronic certificate or with an OTP (One Time Password) via email.

  • How does it work?

    This manual describes the mechanism for signing electronic document signature requests sent to you by the university (by email) for your signature, using a local electronic certificate mechanism.
