5.1. Do I have insurance?
When you register online you automatically take out insurance. You can see what the insurance covers and the terms and conditions by accessing the URV's intranet and clicking on the link "Estudiar" and going to the section entitled Assegurances (insurances).
Students under the age of 28 have until 20 december to annul the additional compulsory insurance (4,70€) if they wish to do so and will be refunded the corresponding amount. However, given the extra cover that it provides, we recommend that you keep it.
If you have registered for the subject External Practicals or the End of Bachelor's or Master's Degree Project, you must take out and maintain the additional compulsory insurance (4,70€).
5.2. I did not register for the last academic year, can I register for the current academic year?
You find out the correct procedure by going to the URV's website and consulting the "Administrative procedures".
When you enter this page, click on the level of study relevant to you (bachelor's degree, master's degree) and go to the procedure entitle Resuming course.
You must submit an application addressed to the head of the Secretary's Office who, if appropriate, will send it onto the dean or the director of the faculty or school.

5.4. What day do classes start?
For bachelor's students, academic activity will start on 25 September 2023. You can find the full academic calendar for each course here.
For master's students, academic activity will start on 25 September 2023. You can find the full academic calendar in the section on academic information for each master's degree.
5.5. How can I request an extra exam session?
Although the calendar for the discontinuation of your course states that the subjects for which you are to register are only offered via a extra exam session, you can register for them at the same as you register for your other subjects.
5.6. How can I request an additional exam session?
Find out the correct procedure to follow by going to "Administrative procedures" and present your application to Secretary's Office within the specified period.
