The interested party will be informed of the decision.

If necessary, the students' academic transcript will be updated automatically.
- Applications presented between 2 May and 2 July 2026 will be accepted for the 2025-26 academic year (this is not the case if the subjects to be recognised are registered during the 2025-26 academic year).

For bachelor's degrees, applications presented between 3 July and 15 October 2026 will be accepted and charged for the 2026-27 academic year

Applications submitted that involve completion of studies by credit recognition, if submitted after the start of the academic activity of the following year (21 September 2026), registration corresponds to a new registration.

Observations
|
- The centre will assess the experience accredited by the student, and the recognition will be applied primarily to the External Academic Internship or External Internship module.
- The recognition of these credits does not mean that the corresponding grades for these subjects are included. Therefore, they do not count towards the grading of the transcript.
- For bachelor's studies, if the decision is negative, the centre may consider exempting the student from undertaking the External Internship in whole or in part, which means that the student must register for the External Academic Practice module in the normal way and will receive a grade.
Only in specific cases may the centre consider applying the recognition to another module.

If there are any differences between translations, the Catalan version prevails.
