Subsidized Courses for Companies

With URV's subsidized courses for companies, you can fund your training programs through FUNDAE, using the training credit system.

Additionally, URV's postgraduate titles have the unique feature that they can be subsidized in two ways: through the company's training fee and as an individual training leave (PIF).

Subsidized or scheduled courses are a system of social security cost subsidies granted to companies to invest in the continuous training of their employees.

Can your company benefit from subsidized courses?
Yes, as long as you contribute to the Social Security system for professional training. Additionally, the employee must always be salaried, i.e., with a labor contract.
