Through the URV Emprèn platform, Rovira i Virgili University coordinates and manages various activities related to fostering entrepreneurship and creating companies.

FURV Talent Program
The FURV Talent - URV Emprèn program aims to create a direct link between the existing business fabric and the talent and technologies originating at the University Rovira i Virgili.

Hub Emprèn Catsud Program
The Hub Emprèn Catsud program aims to support entrepreneurs through various actions:

To foster entrepreneurship and business creation in the area, the University Rovira i Virgili has several programs and platforms, such as the URV-Empresa Chair of Entrepreneurship and Business Creation, the FURV-URV Emprèn Talent Program, and the Hub Emprèn Catsud.

Thanks to this ecosystem, we facilitate advisory and support for entrepreneurs to bring their projects to fruition.

Advisory and Support in Creating Entrepreneurial Projects

URV's advisory for entrepreneurs is provided through a personalized support service for students, informing them about existing accelerators and incubators (both public and private), which are most suited to their projects, and how they can access them. URV works in coordination with other agents and institutions, forming an entrepreneurial ecosystem to promote it, leveraging synergies and resources.

Additionally, we understand our support, using agile methodologies that help individuals organize their ideas and goals, as assistance for entrepreneurship that continues after the creation and launch of the project, with follow-up processes and visibility on social media, among others.

Startup Recognition

At URV, we not only support startups by providing advisory services and helping create business plans, but we also want to distinguish and endorse entrepreneurs through the "URV Startup Recognition."

Startups are emerging companies known for their ability to create innovative and disruptive solutions in highly competitive markets. These companies often have high growth potential and are based on new technologies or innovative business models, adapting rapidly to market needs. Through the "URV Startup Recognition," we aim to provide visibility and support to these projects, while also establishing a collaboration network between the university and the business world, fostering knowledge transfer and accelerating success in the business ecosystem.
