From 12 to 17 March 2026, the proposed candidates by substitution must submit the document confirming their acceptance or declination of the grant through the online application form. Candidates who fail to submit this document within the established period will be considered to have declined the contract offer.
From 12th March 2026 onwards, the candidates who have accepted the grant must submit the relevant documentation needed to sign the corresponding contract through the online application form.
Non-EU candidates who are waiting to obtain the residence permit that authorizes them to work have until 1 May 2026 to join.
Selected candidates must be registered for full time study on a doctoral programme when they formalize their contracts with the URV. In accordance with the Academic and Registration Regulations for Doctoral Programmes, candidates must first complete the pre-registration process in order to be admitted onto the doctoral programme within the periods established by the university for this purpose.
