The MOU ProgramME is the non-European mobility program financed with the URV's own funds that promotes student exchange in an international context and complements other long-term mobility programs.
MOU Studies (SMS)
- Aimed at students of all levels.
- Mobility to countries not members of the Erasmus+ programme and with a bilateral MOU agreement.
- It offers academic recognition since before leaving the study programme abroad and its equivalence with the URV are agreed.
- The duration of the mobility can be long-term (from 2 to 12 months), as established in the agreement for each university.
- During the mobility stay, academic fees do not have to be paid to the host university, except for those included in the bilateral agreement itself.
- Scholarships are received to help cover the costs of mobility from Banco Santander, it must be requested separately and is compatible with public or private aid that is not European.
- The possible destinations and seats according to education are updated each academic year, according to the interinstitutional agreements for mobility, and can be consulted in the corresponding mobility call.
- The mobility coordinator must approve both mobility.
MOU Traineeships (SMT)
- Aimed at students of all levels.
- Mobility to countries not members of the Erasmus+ programme.
- Offers academic recognition: If they are curricular internships, the corresponding credits will be validated in the academic record, and if they are extracurricular internships, they will be reflected in the SET. Internships can also be done as a recent graduate.
- The duration of the mobility can be from 2 to 12 months.
- An inter-institutional agreement between the URV and the hosting institution is not necessary.
- There is no closed offer of places, but you must look for an eligible company on your own. More information about internship offers.
- The mobility coordinator must approve both the company and the content of the internship, which must be related to your degree.
This programme has not been activated for the 2025/2026 academic year. All internship mobilities to countries not members of the Erasmus+ programme will be considered Erasmus+ Traineeships.
