Extraordinary Call for International Mobility for Master’s Students (Erasmus+ Programme) 2025/2026

- Start your application today and complete it another day, but remember, it must be submitted within the established deadline.
The Erasmus+ Studies programme, promoted by SEPIE, is part of the Key Action KA131 of the Erasmus+ programme.
It enables students to study at higher education institutions with which URV has signed a bilateral Erasmus+ mobility agreement, with subsequent academic recognition of the studies undertaken abroad.

Procedures Before the mobility
- Acceptance of mobility: Once the resolution of places has been published, you can accept or reject the mobility placement that has been assigned to you (starting from the date specified in the call calendar). This procedure is done through the Mobility Portal.
- If you have accepted the assigned place, you must fill out the Bank and Contact Details Communication Form, which you will also find on the Mobility Portal, attaching the following documents:
- A copy of your valid DNI/NIE for the entire 2025-26 academic year (PDF file). Passports are not accepted.
- A copy of the first page of the bank account in the student's name, showing: the student's name, the student's DNI, the bank account number, the IBAN number, and the bank branch's SWIFT code (PDF file).
- If you want to apply for the grant for students with fewer opportunities, you must attach proof showing that you meet one or more of the criteria specified in the call.
- Mobility Credential: This identifies you as a URV mobility student. You can download it from the Mobility Portal.
- The International Center sends your data to the host university, which expects you to register with them. From this point on, it is your responsibility to follow the procedures of the host university and maintain communication with them.
- Mobility Survey: We want to know your opinion about the mobility programs offered at URV. Log in to the Mobility Portal to complete it. (MANDATORY PROCEDURE)
- Learning Agreement: Before you leave, you must agree with your mobility coordinator on which subjects you will take at the host university and their equivalence at URV. This document includes the courses you must enroll in under the mobility program. It must be signed by all parties before the stay: you, your URV mobility coordinator, and the coordinator at the host institution. (MANDATORY PROCEDURE)
- Log in to the Mobility Portal and fill in the appropriate model for your mobility program.
- Online Linguistic Support: An online test to determine your level in the language in which your mobility will take place. Register at EU Academy to take the initial test. This is an optional procedure. Once you have completed it, upload the certificate of your level to the Mobility Portal.
- Interculturality course "PREPARATS, LLESTOS, JA!" (MANDATORY PROCEDURE). Log in to the Mobility Portal to access the link, the course is done via Moodle.
- Grant Agreement signature: Before departure, you must sign this document which sets out the conditions of participation in the Erasmus+ programme. You will receive it via your university email, and you must either submit the original document to the International Center's offices or upload it to the Mobility Portal according to the established requirements. (MANDATORY PROCEDURE)
- Mobility Insurance: URV provides all mobility students with insurance that covers the entire period of their stay. It will be sent by email a few days before your trip, along with usage instructions. Please check the coverage details of the insurance.
- Visa and legal procedures: You must find out what procedures are required to stay in your chosen country, according to your nationality.
- Admission to the Host University: The International Center is responsible for notifying the host universities about the selected students. However, some universities may require students to carry out additional procedures or register in a specific way. It is your responsibility to complete these steps and to send any documentation the host university may require.
- Withdrawal: If you decide not to carry out the mobility stay, you must fill out the Withdrawal Form as soon as possible and always before the scheduled start of your mobility. This way, your financial aid can be allocated to someone on the waiting list. Please note that if you do not notify in time, you will receive a penalty in the next mobility call.
Procedures During the mobility
Within a maximum of 15 days from your arrival at the host university, you must provide proof that you have started your stay in order to receive the first payment of the grant. Log in to the Mobility Portal and complete the following tasks:
- Certificate of Stay with the arrival date, signed by the host university. (MANDATORY PROCEDURE)
- Contact Details during the stay form, so that URV can reach you if necessary while you are abroad.
- If there are changes to the mobility courses you initially selected, they must be reflected in the Learning Agreement, and approved by all parties.
- Log in to the Mobility Portal to fill in the appropriate form for your mobility program.
Procedures After the mobility
Within a maximum of 15 days after the end of your stay, you must complete the final mobility procedures. Log in to the Mobility Portal and complete the following tasks:
- Certificate of Stay, signed and stamped by the host university. This document specifies the actual duration of your stay and is used to finalize the payment of your grant. (MANDATORY PROCEDURE)
- Mobility ¡Survey: We would like to know your opinion about your mobility experience. Log in to the Mobility Portal to complete it. (MANDATORY PROCEDURE)
- EU Survey: You will receive an email with an invitation to complete it online. (MANDATORY PROCEDURE)
- Make sure your Learning Agreement is updated and approved by all parties. (MANDATORY PROCEDURE)
- Your host university will send the Transcript of Records to URV. This document includes your grades and is used to recognize the subjects you completed during your stay. If they send it directly to you, upload it to the Mobility Portal and forward it to your mobility coordinator so that your academic record can be updated.

The awarding of grants is subject to available funding.

Individual grant
The total grant amount awarded will depen on the actual duration of the stat, calculated in days, with standard month duration of 30 days.
The maximum funding covers up to 5 months.

A green travel grant applies when the main leg of the journey is completed using low-emission transport, such as bus or train.
To be eligible for the green travel grant, participants must submit a sworn statement and provide the corresponding transport tickets.
