Call Guidelines

This call aims to allocate mobility places for study stays with full academic recognition. It also details the different grants managed by the URV International Center, intended to help cover the expenses of the beneficiaries during their stay, and establishes the criteria for the allocation of these funds. The awarding of grants will be published once the budget allocation for the corresponding project is known and is subject to the availability of funds.

Application and Resolutions

  • Read the guidelines of the call carefully.
  • You can request up to 7 options in order of preference on the application, which can belong to different programs (Erasmus+, MOU, AURORA or ISEP).
  • Check that you meet the REQUIREMENTS according to your program of study. 
  • Look at which universities you can go to according to your studies in the list of destinations: how many places are available, how many months you can stay, the university website... 
  • Start your application today and continue it another day, but remember to submit it within the deadline!

The definitive resolution contains the list of students with an assigned mobility place and the students who, having remained on the waiting list, are etitled to occupy a place if it becomes vacant and available. 

The awarding of grants will be published once the budget allocation for the corresponding project is known and is subject to the availability of funds.

Mobility Procedures

Procedures before the mobility

  • If you have accepted the assigned place, you must fill in the Bank and Contact Information Form, which can also be found on the Mobility Portal attaching the following documents:
    • Copy of your valid DNI/NIE for the entire 2026-27 academic year (PDF file). Passports are not accepted! 
    • Copy of the first page of your bank account in the student’s name showing: student’s name, DNI, account number, IBAN, and bank SWIFT code (PDF file).
    • If you want to apply for the grant for students with fewer opportunities, you must attach roof demonstrating that you meet one or more of the criteria specified in the call.
  • Grant Credential: Identifies you as a URV mobility student. You can download it from the Mobility Portal
  • Admission to the Host University: The International Center will notify the host universities of the selected students, but some universities require students to complete additional procedures or register in a specific way. Remember that this is the responsibility of the student, as well as submitting any documentation requested. From this point, it is your responsibility to follow the host university’s procedures and maintain communication. 

On the Mobility Portal, you will find access to the Procedures BEFORE the mobility form:

  1. Mobility Questionnaire: We want to know your opinion about the functioning of the mobility programs offered at URV. Complete it via the Mobility Portal (MANDATORY PROCEDURE).
  2. Learning Agreement: Before departure, you must agree with the mobility coordinator on which courses you will take at the host university and how they correspond to URV courses. This document lists the courses you will enroll in for mobility purposes. It must be signed by all parties, yourself, the URV mobility coordinator, and the host institution coordinator, before your stay. Use the model corresponding to your mobility program. (MANDATORY PROCEDURE)
  3. Interculturality Course PREPARATS, LLESTOS, JA! (MANDATORY PROCEDURE). Acces the link in the Mobility Portal, the course is completed on Moodle
  4. Grant Agreement Signature: Before the departure, you must sign this document regarding participation conditions in the Erasmus+ program. You will receive it by email from the university and must submit the original to the International Center office or upload it to the Mobility Portal according to the established requirements (MANDATORY PROCEDURE).
  5. Mobility Insurance: the URV provides all mobility students with insurance covering the entire period of their stay. It is sent by email a few days before the start of travel, along with instructions for use. Chech the coverage details.
  • Online Linguistic Support:an online test to determine your language level for mobility. Register at EU Academy to take the initial test. This is optional. Once completed, upload the certificate of your level to the Mobility Portal.
  • Visa and Legal Procedures: You must know which procedures are required to carry out a stay in the chosen country based on your nationality.
  • Withdrawal: If you decide not to carry out your mobility stay, you must complete the Withdrawal Form as soon as possible and always before the planned start of mobility. This allows your financial aid to be assigned to a student on the waiting list. Note that if you do not notify us before the planned start, you will receive a penalty in the next mobility call.

Procedures During Mobility

Within a maximum of 15 days of your arrival at the host university, you must provide proof that you have started your stay in order to receive the first payment of the scholarship. 

In the Mobility Portal you will see access to the DURING mobility procedures form:

  1. Certificate of stay with the arrival date, signed by the host university. (MANDATORY).
  2. Contact details form for the duration of the stay, so that URV can contact you if necessary while you are on mobility.
  3. If there are any changes to the mobility modules you had chosen, these must be reflected in the Learning Agreement and the approval of all parties must be obtained.
  4. If you request an extension or reduction of your stay, you must complete the Incidents Form.

Post-mobility procedures

You must complete the mobility procedures within a maximum of 15 days of the end of your stay.

In the Mobility Portal, you will see access to the form for Post-Mobility Procedures:

  1. Certificate of stay signed and stamped by the host university. This document specifies the actual duration of your stay, which is required to finalise the payment of your grant. (MANDATORY PROCEDURE).
  2. Survey on Mobility: We would like to hear your feedback on your mobility experience. Please log in to the Portal de mobilitat to complete it. (MANDATORY).
  3. EU Survey: You will receive an email with an invitation to complete this online (MANDATORY).
  4. Ensure you have the Learning Agreement updated and approved by all parties. (MANDATORY).
  5. Your host university will, in turn, send the Transcript of Records to URV, a document which details your grades and is used to have the courses you have taken during your stay recognised. If you receive it directly, upload it to the Mobility Portal and forward it to your mobility coordinator so that your academic record can be updated.

Please consult the call for applications for details of the grants described below, as well as the payment method and the conditions for receiving payments.

  • Erasmus+ Studies Grant (funding from SEPIE)

Individual grant

The total amount awarded will depend on the actual duration of the stay, which will be calculated in days, taking into account months with a standard duration of 30 days.

The maximum number of months initially funded is 4 months for semester-long mobility and 6 months for academic year mobility, but this may vary depending on the availability of funds.

Eco-friendly travel is considered to be when the main part of the journey is made using low-emission means of transport, for example, by bus or train.

To receive the green travel grant instead of the standard travel grant, you must submit a declaration and the corresponding transport tickets.

  • Santander Erasmus Scholarship (funds from Banco Santander)

For this academic year, the amount is €1,000 per stay.

You must apply for this scholarship separately. See the Santander Scholarships 2026/2027 page for full information.

  • AGAUR MOBINT

Grants for the international mobility of students from Catalan universities for the 2026-2027 academic year (MOBINT-MIF).

These are grants to cover part of the mobility expenses for students from Catalan universities selected to undertake an international academic stay. This grant helps to cover some of the costs involved in studying abroad.

The MOBINT-MIF grant can be obtained only once during one's studies. You cannot apply for more than one category.

  • Europa Scholarships, City of Valls Foundation

The City of Valls Foundation is offering these scholarships for university students who live in one of the municipalities of Alt Camp and who can provide proof of being awarded an academically recognised placement at any foreign university, as part of international mobility programmes.

  • Beca Santander Movilidad Internacional No Erasmus (fons provinents del Banco Santander)

Per aquest curs l'import és de 1.500€ per estada.

  • Condicions econòmiques específiques del programa ISEP

  1. Dipòsit a la URV 3.550€ per semestre: a canvi estan cobertes les despeses d’allotjament i manutenció a la universitat d’origen
  2. Despeses de tramitació i admissió al programa (imports disponibles a la web ISEP a data de publicació de la convocatòria i subjecte a possibles canvis):
    • Application Fee: L'estudiant seleccionat ha d'abonar un import no reemborsable de 100$ en concepte de registre al programa de mobilitat ISEP. L'estudiant ha d'abonar aquest import directament a ISEP en el moment que es realitzi la sol·licitud ISEP online (al febrer o al setembre de 2025).
    • Placement Fee: Un cop assignada la institució de destí per part d'ISEP, l'estudiant ha d'abonar un import de 450$ en concepte de tramitació i admissió. L'estudiant ha d'abonar aquest import directament a ISEP en el moment que es realitzi l'acceptació de la destinació ISEP.
    • Placement Extension Fee: En cas de voler una ampliació de la durada de l'estada, d'un semestre a tot el curs, l'estudiant ha d'abonar una taxa de 100$.
    • Assegurança mèdica ISEP: un cop acceptat, l'estudiant està obligat a abonar l'assegurança mèdica proposada per ISEP.
  • MOBINT de l'AGAUR

La Fundació Ciutat de Valls convoca aquestes beques per estudiants universitaris residents en algun dels municipis de l'Alt Camp i que acreditin la concessió d'una estada amb reconeixement acadèmic, en qualsevol universitat estrangera, dins del marc de programes de mobilitat internacional.
