The allocation of aid is conditionated by the availability of funds.

*Es consideren estudiants d'entorns desfavorits els estudiants que compleixin un o més d'aquests 2 criteris: - Beneficiaris d'una beca d'estudis de caràcter general del MECD o una beca d'estudis concedida pel Departament d'Educació del País Basc, durant el curs immediatament anterior al curs en que tingui lloc la mobilitat. - Que tinguin la condició de refugiat o amb dret a protecció subsidiària o hagin presentat sol·licitud de protecció internacional a Espanya |

Students will receive the assistance from the AURORA Students Studies ST programme in two payments, the total amount of which will be the sum of the amounts per day according to the duration declared by the beneficiary and travel aid.For activities with academic recognition the full amounts of the two aids will be paid. Otherwise, the total amount of the grant will be subject to IRPF/IRNR. The current IRPF rate for students is the fixed rate of 2%. For non-residents, the IRNR currently holds 19% for residents in EU countries and 24% for the other countries. In the case of a linkage between work and the URV, the appropriate application will be applied. In any case, if the retention laws were to change, the relevant IRPF would be applied according to existing rules.
Payment method
First payment: before starting the stay, a payment of 70% of the total if the conditions mentioned in the following paragraph are met.
Second payment: with the remaining amount (30 %, if there is no change of dates or conditions of recognition), it will be paid when the student has finished the stay and provides the final stay documentation to the International Centre.
Conditions to recieve the payment
Once the resolution proposal of the application submitted by the student has been published, the International Center will contact each beneficiary to fill in the "Comunicació de dades bancàries i de contacte" form, available at the Mobility Portal 2022-23.
First payment: Once the documentation is completed and revised, the International Center will process the first payment that will be recieved at most 1 month before the planned stay starts.
Second payment: When the student has completed the compulsory mobility procedures (see the specifications in the call), the International Centre will process the second payment. The student must show that he has submitted academic recognition of the activity to receive the full amount of the scholarship.
