Housing Pool Usage Regulations

• The Housing Pool is a free service aimed at facilitating the search for accommodation exclusively for members of the university community, primarily students.
• The Housing Pool provides URV members with access only to accommodation data, as well as the contact information provided by the owners when registering as USERS and listing an accommodation.

• URV is not responsible for any rental agreements, contracts, or arrangements signed by the interested parties.

• URV is not responsible for the use that members of the university community may make of personal access codes to consult information related to accommodations, nor for external individuals who may obtain these personal access codes.

• URV is not responsible for the quality of the accommodations offered or for any discrepancies between the provided information and the actual characteristics of the property. The information we have has been provided by the landlords or tenants themselves and has not been verified. If you detect serious irregularities in the housing conditions or significant differences from the information provided, please let us know by calling 977 77 99 44 or by sending an email to bhabitatge@urv.cat

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR ACCOMMODATION

The use of this service is exclusively for members of the university community. Access is not allowed for people outside Rovira i Virgili University, nor is misuse allowed by authorized users. Only members of the university community who have a user code and access key (provided by URV)-students, professors, and administrative and service staff-may access it to consult information related to accommodations.

To access the service, you must enter your URV email user code and password.

IF YOU ARE OFFERING ACCOMMODATION

The accommodations listed in this database are offered directly by private individuals (owners or tenants).

The use of this service is exclusively for private owners.

It is not permitted to enter data from real estate professionals (agencies, managers, property administrators, etc.) or other individuals acting as intermediaries for commercial purposes, charging students any commission. If you notice that any accommodation does not comply with this rule and the contact person is a real estate agency charging a commission for their services, please let us know by calling 977 77 99 44 or sending an email to bhabitatge@urv.cat

• Only accommodations located in municipalities that host URV university facilities are accepted, that is, the towns where URV centers and services are located: Tarragona, Reus, Vila-seca, El Vendrell, Vilafranca, and Tortosa. Any accommodation outside the aforementioned municipalities will be rejected.

• The information provided will remain on the platform for six months and will be automatically removed at the end of this period.

• The accommodation-owning user will be notified by email 15 days before the expiration of the mentioned period. The data provided will remain in our database for three months, after which it will be removed if the provider does not inform the Housing Service of its renewal via the form on this website or through other means (by phone, email, or in person at our offices).

• In order to keep our database up to date and avoid unnecessary inconvenience in the future, we ask that you inform the Housing Service of accommodations that are already occupied and appear in search results from our database, either by calling 977 77 99 44 or by emailing bhabitatge@urv.cat

• Up to three images can be added for each accommodation, which must always accurately represent the space available for rent and be respectful. Any photo that is out of context will be removed.
