Final Degree Project - Cooperatives and social economy

  • Entity: Acció Cultural Casal Despertaferro Association.
  • Summary: This project can be traced back to the 1st Social Projects Marketplace held in the Faculty of Economics and Business in Reus and developed the academic year 2014-15. The aim was to make a study of cooperatives and the social economy and analyze this increasing sector of the economy and their model of labour relations. Among the subjects discussed are ethical finance, agroecological products and renewable energy.

Final Degree Project - Analysis of employment initiatives in Tarragona

  • Entity: Foundation Casal l'Amic
  • Summary: This study arose from the 2nd edition of the initiative entitled the Social Projects Marketplace which was held in Tarragona and developed the academic year 2016-17. This study reviewed the actions carried out by Tarragona institutions to help vulnerable groups find employment. Special emphasis was placed on actions aimed at young people who were at risk of exclusion. The objective was to identify the needs of these groups and to study the possibility of the Foundation Casal l'Amic engaging in activities to boost employment rates among vulnerable people in the Tarragona area.

Final Degree Project - Digital identity of young people

  • Entity: Institute Antoni Ballester 
  • Summary: This project of the academic year 2015-16 consisted of designing a questionnaire addressed to young people from 16 years with the aim of making them aware of the importance of publications to the social networks at the time to find a job in the future. As a pilot test what answered the students of 4t of the that of the Institute Antoni Ballester of Miami Beach and Mont-roig del Camp. Once analyzed the results is to draw up a report for the Center to learn about the situation of their students.

Final Degree Project - Organisational Coaching

  • Entity: Foundation Casal L’Amic
  • Summary: The project of the 2017-18 consisted in the creation of an instrument to improve the reception of the new user of the service that the entity offer. Throughout the study of the requirements, capabilities and the workplace that provides the Fundation Casal l’Amic and the necessary skills to develop it. Also has been created a reception plan for the newcomers. Ultimatelly, has been created through the study of the capabilities and the functions of the Fundation a transversal labor plan from the first contact with the Fundation until the moment to get a job with the accompaniment of the different participants.

Final Degree Project – Collaborative and cooperative platforms in Catalonia

  • Entity: COOPDVS Asociation
  • Summary: Students on this project form the academic year 2017-18 examined the degree of implementation, characteristics and types of collaborative platforms existing in Catalonia. The aim was to analyse proposals for collaborative cooperatives that seek to enable the three stakeholders (platform, clients and suppliers of the service) to produce and share the benefits obtained. Ultimately, the project investigates the advantages that collaborative cooperative platforms have over traditional cooperatives.

Final Degree Project - Diagnosis of the access and use that foreigners make of public services

  • Entity: AMIC UGT - Ajuda Mútua d'Immigrants a Catalunya Association.
  • Summary: Diagnosis of the access and use that foreigners make of public services. The student will analyze those actions that are successful, as well as the demands of users will be investigated, in order to respond, while comparing with other successful experiences, in order to transfer scientifically guaranteed actions.
