Summary: This experience of the academic year 2017/2018, has consisted of carrying out a proposal of a regional communication plan to publicize the services for youth that are offered in the facilities. To carry out this work, the target audience of the entity, the tools at their disposal, the staff and the tasks they carry out have been evaluated. From this point, a proposal for communication action, staff training and regular evaluation of the proposed communication actions has been presented.

Summary: This Final Master's Thesis, developed during the 2021/2022 academic year, is part of the Strategic Communication program and will offer an x-ray of NGO communication, taking the Tarragona Red Cross (CRT) as a case study. The analysis focuses on the study of the intangible assets that characterize the NGO and that make the CRT brand to make it attractive and recognized, both by those who collaborate with an entity and the current volunteer network.
