DESCRIPTION: The CAP is a document detailing the official academic record of a doctoral student or graduate that is held in the URV's archives.

Original and photocopy of the document that accredits the type of exemption, if appropriate (large family certificate, etc.). * In some instances a student may not have a URV email address and has not provided any personal email address. If such students wish to carry out online procedures they must contact the secretary's office of their faculty/school to request that an email address be added to their records.

Cost |
In accordance with the current Decree on prices, the student must pay the corresponding fee issued by the Secretary's Office. In order to be able to apply the exemption when setting the fees, the accompanying documentation must be valid (1). |

Transcripts are issued by the academic management secretariat of the campus/faculty/school and they are signed by the head of the unit responsible for transcripts and certificates. |
