Documentation for new students - Bachelor's degrees

  HOW SHOULD I PRESENT IT?
DOCUMENTATION TO BE PRESENTED BY ALL STUDENTS:

Identity document:

  • students with Spanish nationality: A photocopy of a valid DNI (Spanish National Identification Card).

By email when you are asked by the secretariat of your Faculty/School/Campus

  • foreign students: Original and photocopy or just an attested photocopy of your passport, which must not have expired.

In person by appointment at the secretariat of your Faculty/School/Campus

DOCUMENTATION TO BE PRESENTED BY THE FOLLOWING STUDENTS:

With transcript transfer: Receipt demonstrating payment of fees for transfer of academic transcript university of origin.

With distinction or special prize for uppers secondary education and an average final grade of 9.00 or more (two possibilities) original and photocopy of grades or accrediting documentation.

With large family certificate issued outside Catalonia: Original and photocopy or just attested photocopy of the large family certificate.

From other foreign educational systems with request for homologation of upper secondary education qualifications to the Spanish upper secondary education system: Original and photocopy of homologation to Spanish upper secondary education system.

In person by appointment at the secretariat of your Faculty/School/Campus

Pending reassignation to another public university or the University of Vic (only students registering in person or externally*): Application for conditional registration

*students registered for a fixed curriculum will automatically present their application by checking the corresponding box on the registration form.

Present by email or in person

OTHER REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION:
 

For certain situations (e.g. victims of terrorist acts, domestic violence, etc.), the secretary may require the student to present other accrediting documents.

REMEMBER THAT:
  • The deadline for presenting documentation is 30/11/2018, according to article 6.1 of the Regulations governing registration. Students who do not comply with this deadline may lose the rights associated with their registration.
  • Foreign students who have to carry out any financial transaction (e.g. apply for a grant) must have and present Spanish Foreign Resident Card (NIE). This card will be their identity document during their time at the URV.
  • Attested copies are governed by article 6 of the Regulations governing registration.
  • Students applying for exemptions from registration fees must in compliance with the necessary conditions for these exemptions at the beginning of academic activity (5 September 2018) and they must accredit these conditions with the period established in article 6.1 of the Regulations governing registration.
