The Master's Degree in Business Administration is an official master's programme taught by the URV at the Barcelona campus of the ESIC Business and Marketing School.

The main aim of the master's degree is to train managers to:

  • Have a deep understanding of the activities carried out in each of the company's departments.
  • Use their business management and technical skills whilst complying with the highest ethical standards.
  • Design latest-generation organisation models and choose the one that is most suited to market demand.
  • Understand the importance of creating a work environment with well-defined roles, functions and competences for all the actors involved.             
  • Define the indicators that measure the work climate and organisational commitment.
  • Design the organisational structure of a company according to its purpose, objectives, the product or service it offers, its value proposition and its environment.
  • Lead corporation strategies aimed at generating wealth and employment, undertaking new projects by creating new companies or by developing innovation projects within corporations.
