Personal Academic Transcript (CAP)

  • DESCRIPTION: The CAP is a document detailing the official academic record of a doctoral student or graduate that is held in the URV's archives.

Who

Original and photocopy of the document that accredits the type of exemption, if appropriate (large family certificate, etc.).

* In some instances a student may not have a URV email address and has not provided any personal email address. If such students wish to carry out online procedures they must contact the secretary's office of their faculty/school to request that an email address be added to their records.

Cost

In accordance with the current Decree on prices, the student must pay the corresponding fee issued by the Secretary's Office. In order to be able to apply the exemption when setting the fees, the accompanying documentation must be valid (1).

Observations

  • (1) The transcript can be requested in Catalan, Spanish and English.
    • If you ask for a transcript in the three languages at the same time, you will only have to pay one fee. If you ask for a transcript in different languages at different times, you will have to pay a fee for each transcript issued.
  • All doctoral students whose registration has been temporarily suspended due to non-payment will not be issued with their academic transcripts.
  • If doctoral students cannot access the online procedure, they can submit the application form at the auxiliary registry for the Secretary's Office of the faculty/school/campus that organizes the study programme.
  • Students who have transferred their academic transcripts to another university/course cannot apply for the issuance of their transcripts from the faculty/school where they studied. Instead they must apply for the transcript from the place to which it was transferred.

Who

Transcripts are issued by the academic management secretariat of the campus/faculty/school and they are signed by the head of the unit responsible for transcripts and certificates.

Who

Five days after the application has been made and the fees have been paid.

How

Presenting the following documentation:

  • The receipt demonstrating payment of the fee.

Observations

The student may request to be sent the document by courier. The student will be responsible for organizing and paying for this service.
