Annulment of registration due to death of the doctoral student

 

Application procedure

Who

Immediate family or legal representative.

Where

Secretary's Office of Faculty or School/Campus Secretariat where the course is taught.

When

From the moment in which the death becomes know during the academic year.

How

By presenting the following documentation:

Observations

The university will automatically take the necessary steps as soon as it learns of the death of a student for whatever reason.

 

Resolution of the application

Who

Head of the Secretary's Office of the Faculty/School.  

When

Within one month of learning of the death and of receiving the official request and documentation, if these are required. August is not considered to be a working month.

How

The annulment of registration will be recorded on the computer system.

Cost

If appropriate, the registration fees for academic tuition and the bridging courses will be automatically refunded.

Observations

If the doctoral student has applied for a grant, the secretary's office must inform the Academic Management Service.
