La revista Nutfruit realizada por el INC, está dirigida al público ya los consumidores en general, al gobierno y autoridades competentes en materia de agricultura, ciencia, consumo y salud. La revista Nutfruit también está pensada para expertos en nutrición profesional y empresas de producción, distribución y comercialización de frutos secos y secos. Se publica tres veces al año: marzo, julio y noviembre.
El prof. Jordi Salas-Salvadó y su equipo son colaboradores habitual de la sección "Noticias de salud" de la revista.
