According to the URV Statutes, the general manager of the URV is delegated by the rector to manage the assets of the University, present the proposal for the multiannual programme and the draft of the budget, and direct the administrative staff. Likewise, he/she shall carry into effect the agreements of the Governing Council pertaining to economic and administrative matters.
