Catalunya Campus Secretariat for Academic Management
This is the unit administers the academic transcripts of students from the Faculties of Legal Sciences, Arts and Nursing and provides administrative and academic information to students.
Opening hours:
Mornings: Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 13:00
Afternoons: Monday and Wednesday from 16:00 to 17:30 (from June 8th to September 4th there is no attention in the afternoon)
Closed:
Easter: from 30 March to 2 April 2026
Summer: from 3 to 21 August 2026
Local holiday: 23 September 2026
Christmas: from 23 December 2026 to 5 January 2027
We remind you that you must submit all applications using the Intranet Lynx Procedures or the Electronic Register of the URV.
We attend by email, telephone and in person.
