EMaS is formed by the following board committee: the Director, the Direction Board, the Education Responsible, the Technical Bureau, and the Secretary.

The Direction Board, the core structure of EMaS, is presided by the Director and formed by the senior coordinators of each subgroup. The Director is elected among the senior coordinators, with a rotatory turn every three years. This structure is responsible for the decision making on the nature and organization of EMaS, as well as for the discussion of the strategic plan and research management.
