Observations |
The university will automatically take the necessary steps as soon as it learns of the death of a student for whatever reason. |

Head of the Secretary's Office of the Faculty/School. |
When |
Within one month of learning of the death and of receiving the official request and documentation, if these are required. August is not considered to be a working month. |
How |
The annulment of registration will be recorded on the computer system. |
Cost |
If appropriate, registration payments that have already been made for any credits and/or recognition will be returned. |
Observations |
Students who have applied for a grant must communicate the annulment to the University's Grant Service. |
