Academic documents emitted by the academic authorities with signatures that have been accredited by a notary and that are valid in signatory countries of The Hague Convention.

This procedure consists of two stages:

  1. Recognition of the academic authorities' signatures by a notary appointed by the university.

  2. Recognition of the signature of the aforementioned notary by the Association of Notaries to which he/she belongs (Association of Notaries of Catalonia), which will add the apostille of The Hague Convention.

Academic documents emitted by the academic authorities with signatures that have been accredited by a Notary and that are valid in not signatory countries of The Hague Convention.

This procedure consists of five stages:

  1. Recognition of the academic authorities' signatures by a notary appointed by the university.

  2. Recognition of the signature of the aforementioned notary by the Association of Notaries to which he/she belongs (Association of Notaries of Catalonia).

  5. Recognition of the previous signatures may also be requested at the diplomatic or consular offices in Spain of the country in which the document is to be used.
